Hosting
The website and the app are hosted by Google Cloud EMEA Limited (Google Cloud Platform, Firebase), 70 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland. App data is stored in the European Union: Cloud Firestore database (eur3 multi-region), Cloud Storage files (EU) and Cloud Functions server processing (europe-west1 region, Belgium). The website is delivered through the Firebase Hosting content delivery network.

Intellectual property
The 2forkids website and app are the exclusive property of HOME SPLIT HOME LLC.
All their content (texts, images, data, drawings, graphics, logos…) and their form (choice, layout, organisation of data…) are protected by copyright and, more generally, intellectual property law.
Reproducing or representing all or part of the pages, data or any other element of the website or app, by any process or medium, is prohibited without the publisher’s prior express authorisation and constitutes an infringement punishable under articles L335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
Governing law
In case of dispute, if you are a user who usually resides in a Member State of the European Union, the laws of that Member State apply to any claim or dispute arising from the use of the website or app, and you may bring it before any competent court of that State. In all other cases, the claim will be brought before a competent court of the State of Delaware (United States), whose law will apply, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
