FAQ
The app is free for every family member, with no ads, within the free plan (1 family, 3 conversations, 8 members, 300 MB). The Premium subscription (€6.99 a month) lifts these limits and includes the advanced services (certified export, check-in, AI analysis), otherwise paid with tokens sold in packs.
Your account, your family and your data have been moved. Sign in with the same e-mail address and the same password.
If you signed in with Google, Apple or Facebook, tap “Forgot password”: you will receive a code by e-mail to choose a password. You can also receive a sign-in code by e-mail. If you had a subscription on the former app, manage it from your App Store or Google Play account.
Open your family, then the member list, and send an invitation by e-mail or QR code. The invited person creates an account, or signs in, then joins the family.
Only the members of your family who have access to them. Messages, documents, photos and sensitive information are encrypted with a key that belongs to your family and stays on your devices: not even the 2forkids team can read them.
On the new device, open Settings then Security: link it from a device that is already signed in (QR code), or restore access with your PIN or your recovery document.
On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot password” and enter your e-mail address. You will receive a 6-digit code, valid for 10 minutes, to choose a new password.
In the app: Profile, then “Delete my account”. You can also ask us by e-mail. All the details are on the dedicated page.
